My new niece was born last night.
Clara Isabel Hedrick was born February 3, 2010 at 2:22 a.m.

She is the third child born to my youngest brother, Matthew.
I remember clearly when Matt was born.
I was five, and I was so excited to hold him.

Ah, I just got teary thinking of you hold baby Matt. I am sure you doted (one t or two?). Much like Adriah I am sure. YOu have a beautiful neice and she is a lucky one to have such a loving aunt…and a couple more at that! 🙂
I wish I could have located the photo of me on the couch (looking all 70s) holding Matt. It must be somewhere around here…I can picture it perfectly in my mind.
